Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Some of our items are available as pre-orders due to high demand or limited availability. Estimated processing and shipping times will always be stated clearly on the product page.

What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?

Raw hair is the highest quality of hair available. It is completely unprocessed and untouched, preserving its natural texture, strength, and longevity.

Virgin hair is also unprocessed but lightly steamed for consistency. It remains high quality and versatile, but does not offer the same durability and lifespan as raw hair.

Both are premium — raw hair simply represents the top tier.

 

Is your hair 100% human hair?

Yes. All of our wigs and bundles are made from 100% human hair, carefully sourced and quality-checked.


Can I customize my wig?

If you are interested in a customized wig (density, lace, length, colour or styling), please contact us before placing your order. Customization is handled on a case-by-case basis and may affect processing time.

 

Are your wigs pre-plucked?

Yes. Our wigs feature a natural, pre-plucked hairline designed for a seamless finish. Minor personal adjustments may still be required.

 

What does wig density mean?

Density refers to how full the wig is. Our wigs are 250% density ≈ fuller look similar to 3 bundles. Higher density provides more volume and a bolder appearance.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. We typically deliver within 2-5 business days in Norway. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles or hair extensions. All sales are final once the product has been opened, worn, altered, or the hygiene seal has been broken. Please inspect your order immediately upon pickup or delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How do I care for my hair?

We recommend gentle washing, moisturizing, and minimal heat usage to maintain quality.

Always:

  • Use sulfate-free products

  • Detangle gently

  • Avoid excessive heat

  • Store wigs properly when not in use

Proper care extends the lifespan and appearance of your hair.


Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. Both virgin and raw hair can be styled and colored.

Raw hair tolerates chemical processes better due to its unprocessed nature. Virgin hair can still be colored and bleached but should be handled carefully to maintain quality.

Every product goes through a quality check before shipping. We carefully verify:
