Processing Time

Please note that pre-order items and custom-made wigs require additional processing time due to sourcing and customization. Estimated processing times for items will always be clearly stated on the individual product pages. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated processing time.

Studio Pickup (Oslo)

Bratziiez Hair offers studio pickup.

    •    Pickup is available only after you have received a pickup confirmation

    •    Once your order is prepared and ready, you will receive a pickup notification via email or SMS

    •    Pickup location, opening hours, and collection instructions will be included in the confirmation message

NB: Please do not visit the studio before receiving official confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Orders will not be handed out without confirmation.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    •    Norway: 2-5 business days

    •    Europe: 5–10 business days

    •    International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Bratziiez Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Bratziiez Hair is not responsible for any additional charges, and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Bratziiez Hair is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
