At Bratziiez Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, unless the product is exempt due to hygiene reasons.

Hygiene & Safety Disclaimer 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair products and wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable once the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Wigs

    •    Hair bundles

    •    Closures and frontals

    •    Any hair product that has been worn, installed, altered, brushed, combed, cut, washed, styled, or used in any way

Once the hygiene seal is removed, the item can no longer be resold and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Returns Accepted Only If:

A return may be accepted only if all conditions below are met:

    •    The hygiene seal is fully intact

    •    The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

    •    The item is returned in its original packaging

    •    The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are custom-made and produced specifically based on the customer’s selected specifications, including but not limited to length, density, cap size, and lace type. For this reason, pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, in accordance with EU consumer law regarding custom-made goods. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the order is binding once production has begun.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    •    Used or worn hair products

    •    Items with a broken or removed hygiene seal

    •    Custom Orders

    •    Pre-order items

    •    Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

    •    Damaged upon arrival, or

    •    Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    •    Clear photos/videos of the issue

    •    Your order number

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable

    •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
